Surviving Suicide

I am, we are my two kids and I are survivors of suicide. My then husband of whom I was in a relationship with for over 15 years the span of my whole adult life committed suicide in 2020. I was at that time 37 years, our son/ my son was 12 years of age; and our daughter/my daughter was 5 years of age.  

My former spouse and I met in the military in the U.S. Army we served our time and became Veterans. We both suffered/suffer from military related mental health issues. After a few years; I found my mental health suffering and had become unbearable from the job I was working. The job was a high demanding job that I couldn’t mentally handle. It became hard to continue to work and be an active single mom. I wanted to be the best parent I could be for my kids and I knew that I could not do that where I worked. I was having my mental issues surface and I had to make a change. 

My kids and I have been surviving for the past 4 years on our own. I have been able to keep us afloat without a huge difference in going from a 2 parent household to a 1 parent household. I overcompensated in the financial department and now I have found myself in a place that I would very much like to be free from. I am proud of what I have been able to do as a single mom of 2 kids and how we have healed and thrived due to the circumstances. After keeping my kids and I afloat for the past 4 years. I find myself needing help.

The only way I see clear is being financially free. If I can pay off my house, my vehicles, my student loans, credit cards, my debt totaling $400,000.00. Then I will be able to pay my monthly bills effortlessly and focus on starting and growing my business. I am asking for help to be financially freed.

I want to focus on starting, growing, evolving, my business. I want to take what I have learned these past 4 years and help people heal by sharing my story and what I have learned.
