Rehabilitation of stray animals

More Info

We built a hospital for homeless animals, created our own operating room, bought equipment and performed more than 3500 FREE animal control operations since the beginning of 2019.

Behind the shoulders of our doctors and volunteers more than 15 field operating days.

Over the years of the Base's existence, we have rescued thousands of animals, within the walls of our hospital they underwent treatment, rehabilitation and socialization. We learned to trust a person anew and got a chance for a new happy life.

TODAY WE ARE READY TO DEVELOP AND EXPAND THE HORIZONS OF OUR ACTIVITIES!

Dogs and cats often come to us after injuries, with various fractures and diseases of the musculoskeletal system.

MANY OF THEM HAVE TO LEARN TO WALK AGAIN.

Dogs come to our hospital after very serious operations in veterinary clinics, and most often they need not only postoperative care, injections, droppers, adherence to the diet, but also further rehabilitation. These are massages, physiotherapy procedures.

WITHOUT SUCH PROCEDURES, MANY OF THEM WILL NEVER WALK AGAIN.

Thanks to the support of the Foundation, we were able to order a water treadmill - this is a unique simulator for the recovery of animals after complex injuries and serious illnesses.

SO THE IDEA WAS BORN TO CREATE A REHABILITATION CABINET FOR STRAINLESS ANIMALS.

Currently, there is not a single similar center on the territory where homeless animals could use the rehabilitation services free of charge.

Today we have not only the experience and knowledge of animal recovery, but also the understanding that one water treadmill is not enough. Moreover, like any therapeutic equipment, it has contraindications. For dogs and cats, which are prohibited from water rehabilitation as prescribed by a veterinarian, a special treadmill, the so-called overland treadmill, is required.

Already today, thanks to our constant assistants, we were able to order a special rubber coating for the rehabilitation room, as well as part of the equipment for physiotherapy procedures.

In the inpatient department of our hospital, 30 animals are treated monthly, and half of them veterinarians recommend rehabilitation after undergoing treatment.

Our collection amount is $ 140,000 including the purchase of a treadmill and the cost of the promotion. Our plans don't end with buying a treadmill. We would very much like to purchase laser and magnetic therapy devices for those animals for which training on simulators is contraindicated, but they really need rehabilitation. In a previous project, together with you, we raised more money than was required for the purchase of surgical instruments, and, thanks to this, we were able to buy a microscope. And now we independently conduct an analysis for the presence of infections in animals. If we collect more than the amount specified in the project, we will be able to buy some more equipment or consumables for our rehabilitation room.Any amount collected with your support on the platform will be directed towards the implementation of our project.

EASY TO HELP!

Each of us can support this project by sending a small amount, for example, comparable to the cost of one cup of coffee or even a bottle of water.
