On June 25, 2023 our lives were forever altered by the sudden passing of my dad, Jose Francisco Nunez Mendoza. As expected, the mental and emotional toll has been immense but we didn't realize the financial hardships that his passing would bring. Life insurance barely covered his cremation and being retired on a fixed income, without his income, my mom doesn't bring in enough to cover even 1/2 the monthly bills and food expenses. We've come together as a family to help but we don't have the means to make much of an impact. Donations will ensure that she has a little room to breathe and allow her to grieve and heal without the added stresses of not knowing if she'll have the money to pay bills.
