A few years ago my mother needed an at-home health care professional when she got sick. I quit my job and decided that I would help her while she recovered by doing the requirements around the house and for her so she could focus on recovery. I was her personal home health care assistant. I thought at the time the job was super helpful and helped her stay focused on her healing process. Unfortunately, I lost her 4 months later. The months I dedicated to helping her made me feel valued also. It gave me a sense of redirection and it also helped me with grief. A year ago, I lost my mother-in-law after she needed assistance from a home healthcare professional. Since then, I have dedicated my time to figuring out how I can be of more assistance without being a provider. So, I want to hire the RIGHT people for the RIGHT people. I want to be the one who sends the professionals to work. I want to be a part of the bigger solution that in-home health care agents are needed. My funds will be used to secure office space for the full year of running the business, a new desk, chairs, work computer, file cabinet, and training materials for new hires. Since I will be working with state regulations I cannot run this business out of a home, the office is the most important. I have found an office space for $250 per month and the remaining balance will be used for office materials (desk, etc). I am super excited to get started on my journey! I already have my LLC, logo, target audience (elderly), and a budget plan. I just need a little help.
